GRANT ECKHOFF - Grant Eckhoff, a partner in the firm,
has primarily practiced law in DuPage County since October 1985.
Grant Eckhoff formed his own firm in January of 1996. The firm
is presently located at 330 South Naperville Road, Suite 408,
Wheaton, Illinois 60187.
Mr.
Eckhoff graduated in June 1985, with honors, from the Chicago-Kent
College of Law. Mr. Eckhoff has focused his practice in the
following areas of litigation: dissolution of marriage (formerly
known as divorce), corporate litigation (trade secrets, covenant
not to compete, oppression of minority shareholders and breach
of contract), litigation against banks and former employees
resulting from acts of employee theft by means of altered and
forged checks, general collection of debt (in state court and
bankruptcy court). Mr. Eckhoff also has extensive experience
in real estate closings.
CATHERINE
MASSARELLI – a partner in the firm, graduated
in June 1990 from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent
College of Law. Ms. Massarelli concentrates her practice in
the areas of personal injury litigation, corporate civil litigation,
wills, probate, dissolution of marriage, personal injury, corporate
litigation, general collection of debt and real estate. Ms.
Massarelli joined the law office in March 1998. Ms. Massarelli’s
practice is now primarily located in DuPage, Kane, Cook, Lake
and Will Counties.
